Follow simple Measures to avoid Flu

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Avoid crowded place.
Stay moe than two arm's length(1 meter) distance from persons sick with flu like symptoms.  
Don't Spit in Public
Don't Shake hands or hug in greeting (Practice Namaskar).
Don't take medicinces without consulting a physician.
Cover your mouth & nose when you cough or sneeze.  
Get adequate rest & sleep.
Drink plenty of watar and eat nutritious food i.e. fresh fruits & vegetables.
Keep sick child at home i.e. suffering from flu/flu like symptoms.

Stay home and limit contact with others as much as possible.  
Rest & take plenty of liquids.
Seek medical advice (if needed) from a trained personnel/health facility.
