Faculty members
of the department have more than hundred of publications in various National and
International Journals of repute, and continuously attending and presenting papers in
various National and International Conferences every year, and some of them also got
awards for best presentation.
Professor
Naveen Krishan Goel has recently been awarded Felllowship of Indian Public Health
Association (IPHA) in Calcutta in January, 2007.
A number of
research projects in the Department have been completed and are under progress.

Community Medicine is committed for better community health by means of teaching, training
of UG, Interns & PGs and patient care at community level.
